The OpportunityA leading specialist in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration services is looking to recruit an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer to join their growing engineering team.With over 40 years of industry success, the business provides installation, maintenance, servicing and breakdown support to a wide range of commercial clients across the UK. The RoleAs a Mobile Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault-finding and repairing a variety of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems across customer sites.Your duties will include:Reactive breakdown response and fault diagnosisPlanned preventative maintenance (PPM)Installation and commissioning of HVAC equipmentElectrical and mechanical fault findingWorking on VRV, VRF, Split Systems, Multi-Splits, Chillers and Cold RoomsLeak detection, repairs and system testingCompleting service reports and maintenance documentationDelivering excellent customer service on-siteEnsuring compliance with all health and safety requirements
About YouWe’re keen to speak with engineers who have experience working within the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration sector and are looking to join a business that values and rewards its workforce.Essential RequirementsProven experience working on Air Conditioning and/or Refrigeration systemsStrong electrical and mechanical fault-finding abilityFull UK Driving LicenceExcellent customer-facing skillsAbility to work independently and manage your own workloadDesirable Qualifications & ExperienceNVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent in Refrigeration & Air ConditioningPrevious experience in a field service roleIPAF, PASMA or CSCS accreditationExperience with manufacturers such as Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, Panasonic or Fujitsu
