5 Machine operators are required to join our client UPU Industries, based in Dromore. These are full time, temporary positions, with the possibility of moving on to a permanent contract based on performance, time keeping and reliability. Hours of work for these posts are based on a shift pattern rota with 2 weeks of day shift 8am – 8pm, and 2 weeks of night shift 8pm – 8am, with 1 weekend on shift, and one weekend off. Pay rates for this role start at £13.71, increasing to £14.14 when fully trained.
UPU Industries is an independent manufacturer of Farmers NetWrap, and as a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for Operating a range of production machines, conducting quality checks on all products leaving the production line, identifying and reporting any machine faults, preparing materials for manufacturing, keeping machines and factory floor clean and safe, and working as part of a team to meet daily targets.
What We Need From You:
- 1 Years minimum experience as a production/machine operator
- Fully flexible 5 days out of 7
- Excellent Communication Skills
