About the company and role
An excellent opportunity to join this leading charity as Group Business Partner Manager. You’ll lead financial performance management, budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial planning across the Groups UK and ROI operations. Working closely with the Director of Finance and senior leadership team, youll translate financial data into meaningful insight, challenge performance and support key business decisions. The role also offers the opportunity to lead and develop a finance business partnering team while driving improvements in reporting, financial processes and systems.
Requirements:
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
Proven experience managing and developing finance teams
Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
Excellent financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting experience
