Employee Relations Partner — 12‑Month FTC

Meraki Talent Ltd in City of London is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Business Partner to join our HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will own a broad range of ER cases and advise senior stakeholders with pragmatic, risk-focused HR guidance.

Working closely with the ER Manager and across Legal and Compliance, you will support TUPE projects and change initiatives, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and delivering effective people solutions.
