Hybrid Insurance Operations Lead: Regulatory & Governance

Zego Insurance Limited seeks a proactive operations/gov role to own insurer operations, governance, and regulatory projects. You will manage insurers and outsourced providers, improve processes, and align with GFSC requirements while driving efficiency with AI-enabled tools.

You will report to the Executive Director, Insurance Operations and deliver governance, resilience, and compliance across partnerships and internal teams in a growing motor insurer.
