Audley Villages, part of AEM Living, invites applications for an experienced General Manager to lead a luxury retirement village in the UK. You will take full responsibility for operational performance, financial results and delivering an exceptional experience for owners and guests.

Reporting to the Area General Manager, you will oversee Hospitality, Leisure, Facilities and Estate Management, lead Heads of Department and collaborate with Sales to support property sales and owner engagement.
