Job Description:
Page Personnel is seeking an Investment Associate for a London-based, pan-European real estate and alternative investments team. You will build and use complex financial models to evaluate new investments and changes to business plans, while coordinating across AM/Finance and external advisors.
You will participate in due diligence, prepare acquisition memoranda for the Investment Committee and contribute to negotiations, with a strong emphasis on presentation skills and stakeholder engagement.
