Senior Children’s Home Manager – Safeguarding & Care Leadership

Pab Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home in Hyde, Greater Manchester. You will ensure outstanding care, safeguard children, and drive high standards across governance, staff development and education support.

You will oversee Ofsted registration progress, develop care plans, oversee risk assessments and liaise with social workers, families and partners to secure positive outcomes for children in placement.
