Full Time / Monday to Friday 37.50 hours per week
Salary from £67k per annum plus other enhanced benefits

Join Bright Horizons and help shape our external reputation through impactful storytelling, media relations, and strategic communications. You’ll lead PR activity across our Nursery and Work+Life businesses, driving brand awareness and engagement with media, stakeholders, colleagues, and customers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering PR and external communications strategies and campaigns.
- Building strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Creating compelling content and securing positive media coverage.
- Supporting thought leadership opportunities and senior spokesperson activity.
- Managing agency relationships, budgets, and campaign performance.
- Leading and developing a small high-performing team.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in PR, media relations, or communications.
- Strong storytelling, writing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Track record of delivering successful PR campaigns and media coverage.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative and proactive approach.
- Relevant level of education and qualifications
