Senior Site Manager — 150-Unit Residential in Watford

ARC (Norwich) Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead a new residential development in Watford. The role is a high-volume, fast-paced position on a 150-unit traditional build with a 50:50 private to housing association split.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will manage subcontractors and on-site teams, ensuring safety, programme, quality and strong collaboration with consultants and the wider project team. Long-term progression opportunities exist in North London.
