Night Shift Operations Lead – Food Manufacturing

2 Sisters Food Group is seeking an Operations Manager to lead night shift operations across preparation, frying, and packing, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met. You will be a visible leader on nights, supporting all site functions to maintain continuity and acting as a key escalation point for senior stakeholders.

You will drive accountability and teamwork, manage shift labour and adherence to ETI standards, and monitor OEE to remove bottlenecks.
