Head Chef – Lead Culinary Team, Quality & Compliance

Walsall College is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead kitchen operations across the College’s catering services, including the Littleton Restaurant, driving high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene and customer service while developing the catering team.

You will oversee food safety, allergen management and compliance across sites, ensuring effective cost control, resource management and waste reduction.
