Senior Operations Leader — Dairy & Food Manufacturing

Heler Foods Creamery is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead our site, drive safety, quality, service and cost performance. The role covers end-to-end milk conversion to value-added products, including cheese, cream, water and WPC, with a focus on continuous improvement.

You will lead cross-functional teams, uphold GMP, food safety and environmental standards, manage budgets and KPIs, and collaborate with Engineering on CAPEX projects to deliver ROI.
