Contracts Manager – Fire Protection Projects

Build Recruitment is recruiting for a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple large-scale passive fire protection projects from inception to completion in London, UK. You will manage direct labour and subcontractors, ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships while delivering on time and within budget.

Projects range £2m–£4m, with on-site work three days a week and a provision for a company car and full equipment.
