Finance Director – Multi-Site PE Retail Growth Leader

Headstar is seeking a Finance Director for a PE-backed multi-site retail business in West Yorkshire. You will work with the CEO and leadership team to shape strategy, own operational finance, and drive profitability and cash generation across sites.

You will build a strong finance function, partner with site leaders, manage acquisitions and integrations, and turn financial insight into commercial decisions. This is a high-exposure, commercially focused leadership role.
