Itchy Feet is seeking a Real Estate Originator to join its Offshore Client Real Estate division, focusing on residential and commercial development and investment lending across the UK and Channel Islands. You will build and convert a high-quality pipeline of opportunities and develop client and intermediary relationships.
You will structure transactions, lead negotiations from term sheet to execution, review credit applications, and oversee due diligence, ensuring compliance and timely reviews.
