Real Estate Investment Analyst/Associate — Strategy & Transactions

GIC Real Estate is seeking an Analyst/Associate to join its European investment team. You will contribute to developing investment strategies for European real estate markets, source deals, and design underwriting models to support decision-making.

You will coordinate investment memoranda and transaction workstreams, while supporting asset management of existing investments and representing GIC at industry events. Strong communication and technical skills are essential.
