Deputy Children’s Home Manager – Lead Care & Compliance

Silver Birch Care Holdings is seeking a Deputy Children’s Home Manager to help run a children’s home. You will support the Registered Manager, lead staff, ensure high standards of care, and contribute to care planning for young people.

The role requires Ofsted knowledge, Level 3 qualification, and leadership experience, with opportunities for progression and a supportive culture across multiple homes in the group.
