Children’s Residential Care Manager

Solace Care Group is seeking a Registered Children Manager to oversee day-to-day management of a children’s residential home in Ilford. The role focuses on safeguarding, staff supervision, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for young people.

You will lead the care team, coordinate rotas, maintain high standards of record-keeping and reporting, and liaise with families and authorities to support positive outcomes. Evening/weekend flexibility is required.
