Autonomous Community Macmillan Nurse: Home-based Palliative Care

NHS Grampian invites applications for a community Macmillan Nurse in Aberdeenshire. The role is permanent, 25 hours per week (0.69 WTE) covering Lower Marr and Skene (Westhill).

You will work as an autonomous practitioner providing education, advice and support to patients with cancer and non-cancer diagnoses to improve palliative and end-of-life care across Aberdeenshire. Desirable qualifications include a Post Graduate Chemotherapy Course and/or Non-Medical Prescribing and Clinical Assessment
