Job Description:
Herefordshire Council is seeking a Senior Practitioner to join the South Locality Team on a permanent basis, working 37 hours per week. You will hold a small caseload, make evidence-based decisions and lead practice within the locality management team.
Ideal candidates will be a qualified social worker with Care Act 2014 experience, registered with Social Work England, and have strong asset-based, personalised practice. Travel across Herefordshire is expected.
