L’ETO Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a hands-on Senior Pastry Sous Chef to lead our pastry kitchen across a growing chain of cafes and restaurants. This role focuses on people leadership, quality, and delivering exceptional pastry products in a fast-paced environment.

You will run efficient operations, push commercial performance, and mentor a talented pastry team while managing prep, daily branch orders and production scheduling. 45 hours per week. Salary up to £54k per annum.
