Health Visitor (Specialist) 0-5 Public Health Lead

HCRG Care Group is seeking a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Health Visitor) to lead the 0-5 Healthy Child Programme across Wiltshire with a multidisciplinary team. You will provide expert health advice, assessments, and support to children, young people, and families to promote wellbeing and reduce health inequalities.

You will play a key role in safeguarding, identifying areas of need, and collaborating with partner agencies to ensure timely, appropriate support.
