Deputy Team Manager – Community Mental Health

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Deputy Team Manager for the Stockport Community Mental Health Team (CMHT). You will support the team manager, coordinate activities, and help the team meet its objectives with efficiency and compassion.

The post holder will maintain a reduced caseload for complex cases, perform holistic assessments, plan care, and contribute to risk assessments in line with professional codes and Pennine Care requirements.
