Tower Hamlets GP Care Group is seeking a registered Mental Health Nurse to join the Specialist Perinatal Mental Health team within the 0-5 Health Visiting service. You will support parents from pregnancy to when their baby is two years old with compassionate, trauma-informed care and work closely with Health Visitors, PMHT and maternity services.
