Senior Community Mental Health Nurse – Lead & Recovery

Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in the East Midlands is seeking a compassionate Community Mental Health Nurse to provide specialist assessment, care coordination and evidence-based interventions for people with complex mental health needs in the community.

The post is 22.5 hours per week and will support the Intensive Home Treatment team caseload, risk assessments, safeguarding activity and safety planning to promote recovery and prevent hospital admission.
