Community Health Visiting Nurse – Child & Family Champion

Somerset Council is seeking a Health Visiting professional to join the Health Visiting Service, delivering to children and families within a designated locality in Somerset. You will contribute to safeguarding, early intervention, and promotion of child health across communities.

You will work with schools, social care and partner agencies to deliver national and local programmes, supporting families and young children, with ongoing professional development and supervision.
