Family Court Social Worker — Remote & Impactful

At Cafcass, we recruit Children’s Social Workers known as Family Court Advisers (FCAs) to advocate for children in private and public law family court proceedings. You’ll speak for children, ensuring their wishes are heard and reflected in decisions.

You’ll join a multidisciplinary team across private, public, or converged caseloads, working flexibly across office, home, courts and schools while maintaining high professional standards and safeguarding the welfare of children.
