HR Assistant Manager (12‑Month FTC) – Hybrid, Regional Impact

Ashley Kate HR & Finance are supporting a national client to recruit a Human Resources Assistant Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid with travel to other sites 2-3 times per week within the region.

You’ll work closely with managers, directors and partners across multiple sites, providing expert HR support, leading regional people initiatives and driving continuous improvement projects.
