Talent Acquisition Adviser – Business Services (18‑Month FTC)

Macfarlanes is seeking an experienced Recruitment Adviser on an 18-month fixed-term contract to recruit into our business services teams across the firm. You will join a collaborative HR team and manage the full recruitment cycle, from brief to offer, across multiple vacancies and seniority levels.

The ideal candidate has at least three years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment, can advise on salary expectations, and build strong relationships with hiring managers. This role is based in London.
