Site Foreman – Safety & Performance Lead

Clancy is seeking an experienced Foreman for Newport, to lead operational teams on the Imperial Park framework. You will prioritise safety, train staff to meet standards and drive a culture of right first time to improve service performance.

You will manage future works, review contractor documents, conduct audits, and oversee fleet and driver compliance. This role emphasises leadership, decision-making and delivering results.
