Residential Property Manager – Lead 250+ Units

Cobalt is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 250+ residential units across developments, reporting to the Deputy Team Manager with support from the Team Manager and Head of Property Management.

The role covers day-to-day operations, financial management, compliance and client relationships, with opportunities to progress and develop within an established management structure.
