Mechanical Estates Lead – Public Sector

VanRath Search & Selection is seeking an experienced Estates Officer – Mechanical for a large Public Sector client in Belfast. This six‑month contract offers the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of estates management activities.

You will support the Head of Estates in managing maintenance contracts, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, energy efficiency and value-for-money delivery across the estate. Driving licence required; NEBOSH or equivalent preferred.
