Contracts & Commissioning Officer – Social Care (Hybrid, 12m)

Portsmouth City Council is seeking a Contracts and Commissioning Officer to join our Contracts and Commissioning team. This fixed-term, full-time role is based at the Civic Offices with hybrid working options.

You will develop, implement and monitor contracts for externally commissioned Adult social care services, manage procurement processes, and work with stakeholders and senior managers to improve quality and performance.
