Area Manager, Food Service & New Store Openings

Motor Fuel Group is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead franchise operations across the UK. You will drive pre-opening training, brand compliance and store performance, collaborating with Contract Managers and Franchise Brand Managers.

This field-based role requires extensive travel, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to develop training plans, dashboards and action plans to ensure standards across the network.
