Health & Safety Deputy Manager – Drive Safety Culture

West Herts College in Watford is seeking a Health & Safety Deputy Manager to strengthen a positive safety culture across our multi-campus organisation. You will work with senior leaders to ensure health and safety arrangements are understood, applied and continuously improved.

Responsibilities include developing and reviewing policies, advising managers, monitoring performance, leading investigations, and preparing clear reports for the senior management team.
