You’ll Need To Be Energetic, Charming, Proactive And Entrepreneurial. A Bit Of a Multi‑tasking Marvel. And You’ll Have The Experience, Ability And Determination To
- Quickly attune yourself to the Hotel Gotham and Bespoke Hotels brands
- Develop and execute a winning business development strategy.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through positive relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, and key industry players.
- Conduct and act on market research, competitor analysis and performance metrics.
- Create compelling, creative proposals with your sales and marketing teams.
- Represent Hotel Gotham at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
You’ll also have …
- A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven communication, negotiation, time‑management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
