Operations Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations across a portfolio of hospitality and leisure venues in the Southampton area. This role is ideal for a commercially minded manager who enjoys leading teams, driving service standards and ensuring operational excellence across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily running of multiple sites, ensuring high service standards.
• Lead, develop and support department managers and operational teams.
• Manage staffing levels, rotas and workforce planning.
• Monitor budgets, costs and financial performance.
• Drive customer satisfaction and continuously improve guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, company policies and industry regulations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and employee development.
• Review operational performance, KPIs and business objectives.
• Work closely with senior leadership to deliver business growth and service improvements.

About You

• Previous experience as an Operations Manager, General Manager, Regional Manager or Multi-Site Manager.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Experience within hospitality, leisure, hotels, events or customer-facing operations.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and costs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and lead teams through change.
