Team Leader, Complex Damp & Mould Repairs (Hybrid)

Beyond Housing Limited is seeking a Team Leader Complex Repairs for Redcar & Scarborough. This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity/secondment. You’ll lead the damp repairs team, diagnose issues, and supervise repairs to reduce damp and mould in customers’ homes, while upholding Awaab’s Law requirements.

You’ll mentor colleagues, analyse performance data and collaborate across the business to deliver compliant solutions and excellent customer service.
