Miller’s Vanguard is seeking a National Field Operations Manager to lead and develop a team of Clean & Service Engineers across Reading, Birmingham and beyond. The role prioritises safety, efficiency, and profitability of cleaning, servicing and PPM activities on premium client sites.
You will drive productivity, coach teams, manage budgets and forge strong client relationships while upholding strict health and safety standards and using our service management tools and MS Office daily.
