Head Chef: Lead a Buzzing Pub Kitchen Team

Marston’s is seeking a Head Chef to lead and develop the kitchen team across our pubs. You will set standards, drive food quality and safety, and contribute to the overall pub management to deliver memorable dining experiences. We welcome applicants from a Sous/Second Chef ready to step up and take charge of a busy kitchen.

You will be responsible for maintaining food hygiene, leading from the front, and collaborating with the wider pub team to ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction.
