We are looking for an AssistantGeneral Manager to join the Baker Stteam!
The role:
The Assistant General Manager is the General Manager’s righthand. They lead, inspire and train. The AGM plays an essential part in runningthe site’s operations. They support driving sales and food consistency, ensurecompliance with company standards and assist with training, recruitment and scheduling.

About you:
- Experience as an Assistant General Manager in hospitality
- Looks after, trains and nurtures your team
- Leads by example and isn’t afraid to get stuck in
- Loves working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and think on your feet
- Passionate about good food and drinks
- Keen to work in a kitchen setting
- Deals well with pressure
