Assistant General Manager – Hospitality Leader & Ops

Bleecker Burger is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join the Baker St team. The AGM is the GM’s right-hand, leading, inspiring and training the staff while ensuring smooth operations, driving sales and maintaining food quality.

You will help with training, recruitment and scheduling, manage a fast-paced service, and uphold the brand standards across the site. Experience in hospitality, leadership by example, and a passion for great burgers are essential.
