Social & Community Activities Personal Assistant

Dewis Centre for Independent Living in Wales is offering a part-time role to support me in socialising, accessing the community and taking part in meaningful activities. The role is 6 hours per week, with day/time to be confirmed depending on suitable groups or activities available.
