Care Concern Group’s Mayflower Care Home in Northfleet seeks an experienced Home Manager to lead a 76-bed dementia-focused service. You will drive clinical, operational and commercial performance with strong governance and staffing leadership.
Applicants should be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with current NMC registration and a proven track record in complex dementia care, quality improvement, and staff development. A refurbishment is planned to enhance the service delivery.
