Strategic Real Estate Portfolio Manager (Hybrid)

Octopus Capital is seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of development finance facilities, from completion through repayment. You will engage with borrowers, sponsors, brokers and advisers, ensuring accurate records and timely actions.

You will analyse credit, construction progress and exit strategies, escalate risks, and support complex restructurings. The role requires strong communication, organisation and cross-functional collaboration.
