National Lead Nurse, Clinical Education & Training

NHS Blood and Transplant is seeking a National Lead Nurse to steer the Education & Training Hub, guiding clinical education and workforce development across the Blood Donation spectrum. The role requires a continued clinical presence on donation sessions and travel across the UK.

You will lead design, development and quality assurance of education, manage a multi-site team, and partner with regulators and universities to advance nursing leadership, revalidation and professional practice.
