Senior Food Safety & Quality Assurance Leader

Pilgrim’s Europe in North Devon is seeking a site Technical Lead responsible for all technical aspects of the designated business unit. You will drive HACCP-based quality systems, ensure food safety, legality and customer standards, and work with operations to deliver site KPIs.

You will partner with Factory Management to foster a Food Safety & Quality culture, lead audits, implement improvements and provide technical guidance across departments to support performance and compliance.
