Senior Commercial Manager (QS) – Planned Housing Projects

Elevate Projects Ltd, in partnership with a housing provider, is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager / Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial control across planned works.

You will act as the principal QS, oversee cost planning, tendering, valuations and final accounts, and manage contractor performance and risk.

The role requires a degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying, with leadership experience and a proactive approach to procurement strategies.
