Senior Estate & Property Manager – 40-site Portfolio

North London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Estates professional to lead on commercial estate matters across a portfolio of 40 sites in five north London boroughs.

You will negotiate leases, manage rents and service charges, maintain the property terrier data, and provide professional estate management advice to internal stakeholders, landlords, tenants and advisers across the Trust.
